Our mission is transformational change and for over a decade, FORM Barre + Fitness has been transforming bodies through expertly guided barre + cycle classes. We’ve built a community of strong, supportive individuals who help you overcome obstacles and push past plateaus. And we do it all in a warm, welcoming, and inviting space.

Meet the FORM Founder

Kelli got her start in barre fitness in 2009 as a teacher and student at the Dailey Method La Grange studio. She immediately fell in love with TDM after experiencing the physical benefits of alignment, the balance of intensity and grace, and the sense of community it provides. 

After 7 years of successfully operating her Dailey Method studio and 12 years of teaching, Kelli decided to open FORM — her own boutique Barre + Cycle Fitness Studio. She aims to add her own spin on the successful Dailey Method classes she teaches and incorporate fitness practices she’s learned from over a decade in the industry (and from practicing as an OT since 1996!). 

As a mom of 3, Kelli’s experienced firsthand the core-strengthening and muscle-lengthening benefits that barre exercises offer. Her goal is to share these safe, effective, and challenging workouts with all the Chicagoland area.
