  • Yes! Barre is for everyone and every body. Our Basics class is a great place to learn the fundamentals, but any class can be tailored to your abilities through modifications.

  • Wear comfortable pants, leggings, or capris that you can move in - but aren’t too baggy to hide your form. You’ll also need some grippy socks to keep your feet from sliding. If you don’t have any, don’t worry - we sell them at the studio!

  • Moms love our barre classes. Barre is considered a safe workout for pregnant and postpartum women, but we always suggest consulting with your doctor before your first class - just to be sure. After you get the all-clear, arrive a few minutes early to class so we can give you some modifications for a safe and effective workout.

  • Absolutely! Men benefit from barre just as much as women. In fact, many professional football, baseball, and basketball athletes incorporate barre into their workout routines to help prevent injury and develop a well-rounded physique.
