Have a question? We Have the Answers!

We want you to feel welcome in our studio before you ever step foot inside. Let us start by answering a few questions you might have about our barre and cycle classes.

 FAQs

  • Barre is a total body workout designed to strengthen every muscle group in the body. Originally designed for rehabilitating injured dancers, this form of exercise works you out from the end of your nose to the tip of your toes. After intentionally setting proper alignment every muscle group is taken into account, strengthened, and stretched to give you the workout of a lifetime!

  • Your core is the powerhouse where all efficient movement begins. Regular conditioning of the core muscles is vital for supporting the back and preventing injuries. Correcting posture ensures the best functional movement patterns. The abdominal muscles are a primary part of the core, so The Dailey Method and FORM classes emphasize strengthening the abdominal muscles from start to finish.

  • Anyone interested in improving their fitness level; including increased strength, flexibility, stamina, better posture and body awareness are welcome. Our students range from 14 to 75.

  • Just bring yourself, some water, and grippy socks if you have them. If not, we sell socks at the studio! We provide any other equipment you will be using that day.

  • Non-impact, weight-bearing exercises are the most efficient movement for muscle strength. Physical results come quickly because muscles respond naturally to this approach. Added to our obsession with healthy neutral spine position, and our focus on education and individual attention, you won’t find any other classes like FORM!
